Default 5.10 Plumpton

Don't often get 'the word' when it comes to horses, and have no idea if anyone will read this now I appear to have been unjustly relegated to a seaside town in winter - a.k.a. silver membership, but Ashwell Lad in the 5.10 at Plumpton is apparently well regarded and a friend of mine has had a phone call from someone in in the Phillips yard telling him this one is expected to win today.
If you are planning on playing in the race, thought you may like to know.

cheers ropes. May we infer that since the other 2 Phillips runners today didn't get a mention great things are not expected of them....?

Been out for the day and didn't see the race. The guy who passed this on is very apologetic. He wasn't overly impressed by the ride it got but doesn't sound like it made much difference to the result.
Apologies to anyone who found the message and backed the thing.
There's little I hate more than passing on (duff) tips. If you don't pass them on they win, if you do they lose.
...and Casey loses the golf.
Not the best of afternoons.

Ropes, I see you membership level has already been flagged by the system to be promoted back to Gold on next update.

As the system is new and you hadn't made posts for many weeks we are unable to rate quality of posts prior to the new system. However when you actually made some posts you automatically get flagged to be upgraded again. You were sent an email about the downgrading of your account, which explained as you had previously been making posts, you would be reupgraded immediately if you replied just giving an explanation why you had been absent for the last few weeks. Please check your emails and/or update your email address if needed.

Cheers for the explanation Gary. Think I must have missed that e-mail but what you're saying all makes sense. Thanks for taking the trouble to explain things so thoroughly.
