Didn't know anything about this forum until someone mentioned it to me a few weeks back. Recognize a few names from yonks ago (2002 ish)...Keyser, Mister Logic, ilunga philstar davepfanclub ... and a few others that i can't remember right now Sort of understand the pecking order thing about posting - a good idea to keep the deranged out. Doubt if i post enough to qualify for the Business Class end of the plane though I'm having a little on Petrova today at 5/4 - the Russian has been playing ok this week and there doesn't look to be much in this. Not totally sure Mauresmo is 100% fit for this either - not a 4/7 chance anyway Last edited by Bill Bones : 8th March 2007 at 14:00.

keyser - i know you from Betfair, about 3 or 4 years ago. i posted on there from about April 2001 ish for about two years. Didn't post much, but that place has gotten so bad that i only look at the thread titles now. My forum name there is russt - last time i posted was about the ashes (aviper's amusing thread about how bad england were) - before that...2004 ish ilunga - corners are still one of my main punting areas. still can't believe there were 14 corners in that match

hi 36 No he's not a member here, the name of this site came up in conversation when we were discussing the state of the Betfair forum and how every thread during the Ashes seemed to turn into an argument. He said most of the sane forumites were either here, bookiebusters.com or bettingadvice.com (and one other that i've forgotten) I don't post much on any forum now, but i suppose part of that is because there are few, if any, serious threads about my bag - not that i've seen anyway

36, Bill seems to be in a bit of a Catch 22 situation (I realise others have risen up the ranks, so perhaps my point is invalid) in that there is very little happening in bronze so it is difficult to prove himself. Is it possible to elevate him for, say, 2 weeks and see if he can prove himself in gold where there should be more of his "bag" there? BTW, I don't know the guy from Adam, but if he is another corner punter he sounds good to me
