Beer Champs

Hey all you beer champs, I got a question for ya... One of my friends is thinking about going on a diet, but she loves drinking beer and refuses to give it up during her diet... Basically my question is: Is it better for her to drink 10 regular beers or 15 lite beers? Advice is Needed!

My advice would be to play it safe and drink both amounts.

when I was a tad over weight I found the Hay diet very good...
no, you dont eat hay..you only eat carbs in one meal, or protein in another meal, 4 hours apart. Wine with the protein and beer with the carbs... worked for me

My mother-in-law swears by the Hay Diet and has done for many years, yet paradoxically enough she went on it to gain weight.

She is a real pain to go out for a meal with, I can tell you that!

Crikey...I remember when working in an all girl office! different diet every week...the worst being the cabbage soup one

I've worked it out now though....Dont eat as much food! genius!

Yeah! I went on a road trip with one of my friends who was on the cabbage soup diet, and we had to pull over every 20min so she could take a shit
