Food for thought guys and we have listened to everything that people have suggested so far - hence we have already seen the introduction of the mentions as opposed to them being "official" bets.
The timing of the bets will always be the same every week - 2pm on Friday and 6pm on a Monday as we feel the markets have settled down by this time and we are not going to bring attention to ourselves early in the week by nicking early prices.
I have tried to monitor prices and I don't think so far we are having a big effect on the market but then this doesn't cater for peoples individual account limits.
I am always more than willing to listen to any suggestions/ideas for improving the service so keep commenting.
Next week looks interesting with round one of the Scottish Cup which I believe Stephen can't wait for
