Your figures are wrong.

You have the wrong July figure leading to a wrong ROI.

July: stakes 59, profit/loss -23
August: stakes 221, profit/loss +30.37
September stakes 80, profit/loss +20.35

This then gives an ROI of 7.6%.

The successful mentions are in addition and not included.

It is a learning curve for Stevie, going from posting on a forum to having paid subscribers is a big step but he is settling down well. After a poor first month, the ROI for August and September is 16.8%

The points recommended are just that, not stake per point recommended.

Stake size is up to the individual but obviously you need to stake high enough to cover the subscription. It is not a service for anyone who is only prepared to stake very little.
