Obviously liquidity is the key factor but which features across the betting exchanges do you find useful or annoying? Personally I don't like the way that Betfair take an average of 80 seconds to unsuspend their football markets after a goal. Betdaq seem to be slightly quicker, but still far too long. Although I'm not a big user of Betdaq I like the way you can have all the markets for a football / cricket match on the same page.

No I mean 80 EIGHTY seconds. tonight in the Wales v Encland under 18 match England scores, Betfair suspended the market, and Wales equalized 63 seconds later without the market coming back into play. No chance for people who had backed England/laid Wales to take a profit.

Annoying.. * How the rules for certain markets are often very unclear and can be interpreted to mean different things * Inconsistency with suspensions/turning markets "in-play" * No chance of being able to speak to someone who knows what they are doing at Customer Support unless you are willing to wait for 235235 hours Likes: * Better prices (obv) * The software automatically calculating your overall "position" in a market and also the "what if" function is a very good feature * Detailed profit and loss figures that you can seperate into time periods/seperate sports (I don't understand why on Betfair you can only look back 6 months, you should be able to see everything you have ever done since you became a member) * The "my markets" feature
