As you might have surmised, I am a subscriber to this service as I knew Ian ( SBI ) was a guy I could trust. The results have been fantastic and this thread is a way of saying thanks. For those who know me, you will know that I have always been against tipping services and don't allow promotion of such on the forum. The forum being completely free and free of advertising gets nothing for promoting this site. Some great results today. 4 win bets advised this morning with a 2nd, a 3rd and 2 winners. Winners : Ayr 2.20 Maison Brillet 3PTS WIN @ 13/2 ( price available at Best Odds Guaranteed bookies as advised )....Won at SP 11/2 Lingfield 4.30 Dalradian 2PTS WIN @ 16/1 ( price available at Best Odds Guaranteed bookies as advised )...Won at SP 13/2 |

I similarly (like most of us on this forum I suspect) have little time for tipping services. But SBI has more than proven himself to be an excellent gambling judge over the years so I decided to give this a go for a month yesterday just to see if it's any good. And it appears I picked just the right time to start. So thanks to 36 for putting this up on the forum otherwise I would never have known about it. And also thanks to Ian (and Mr T) for the brilliant tips I received on my first full day. SBI - Out of interest when did this start, the results go back 2 months, was it just open for subs on day 1?

Started proofing all the bets on 19th March - so we can prove all the results. It then took a while to get the site up and running and we finally launched it on May 14th.

And just to add... I put up a query re gambling website click-throughs a while back and SBI responded and volunteered information that has proven genuinely helpful. So I'll attest to the fact that he seems a genuine sort. |

2 bets advised today, both 2 pt bets at 5/1 this morning. They both won at SP 3/1 and 4/1 Only day 2 of June but already 16.34 points up this month I'm loving it, especially since the footie season ended which usually means a break in my betting. It's fun, it's easy and I make money . |

Only once so far SJ. Using mostly different bookies each day helps as it spreads the losing/winning ones I suppose. I sometimes use BF as well if there are better odds there. I occasionally have to take a bit under the odds given in the morning but it's swings and roundabouts, sometimes you get better, sometimes you get a bit less. . |

I went through the results section this evening for interest, pulling the figures about in excel. There's a couple of results which look like the horse won at higher sp than price taken, so I presume those races were with a bookie offering guaranteed best price (fair enough), and maybe a couple of small typos by the looks, if SBI is intersted then I can send them to him. Overall, an excellent set of results thus far, mightily impressive This may interest 36 and SBI: Total bets 252 Stakes 435.9pts P&L 106.3pts RoC 24.4% Average win price 11.4 Win bets 193 Stakes 316.0pts P&L 153.7pts RoC 48.7% Average win price 10.3 E/W bets 59 Stakes 119.9pts P&L -47.4 pts RoC -39.6% Average win price 15.1 Which allays any fears that he was merely ew thieving Guess it's still a moderate size sample, too early to start binning the e/w bets but overall that's enough bets to suggest the punter behind the tips is very good [should point out, the figures i used ignored a couple of guaranteed prices, so the profit margins shown above could/should be a smidge higher] Last edited by Hacker; 2nd June 2009 at 23:14. |

Interesting stuff Hacker - will pass your results on re the win & ew bets. We always try and bet BOG though to be honest very few odds lengthen - I think around 65% contract - another angle we are looking at.

No e/w thieving Hacker - there is no point in running a tipping service using those types of bets - no-one would get on and we would end up with a lot of grief.

Quick update - all ticking along nicely atm - had our biggest priced winner so far at 33/1 this week, and he has developed an incredible knack of spotting pricing errors - last night he put up Firebet at 6/1 - went off 15/8 and won comfortably! ROI running at around 20% which is exactly our target.

Not been the best set of results this month as you can see from the results link but turned around quite dramatically today ( now 41.44 pts up for June ). You only need to be a bit patient and Mr T comes up with the goods each month I am unashamedly pushing this as I want enough subscribers ( not too many ) for Ian and Mr T so that it is worthwhile for them and keeps going. It is making me good money and I don't want to lose it. Some of the sharpest minds from here ( the UBF, the forum for serious bettors ) have now joined and the subscribers are steadily growing. Anyone can benefit from this, so try a month, you won't be disappointed. The results speak for themselves. . |

SBI, do you mind me asking how many subscribers the site has? Obviously the results are fantastic, but do you think in the future it will become more difficult to get on at the recommended price? |

All hail Mr T. A couple of questions Ian. I hope your close enough to getting the subscribers to keep it going. But is there any danger of not getting the subscribers and the site not continueing? Just asking as my month is almost up and the value is to sign up for the max 12 months. I assume the plan is to be around for many years to come as your SBI site has been. I'm not too familiar with tipping sites, but does there come a point, as 36 has alluded to, that you get too many subscribers and have to stop taking subs when you reach a certain number as the prices will just crash with so many trying to get on? And finally, will the identity of Mr T ever be revealed?

First of all - the identity of Mr T will never be revealed - part of our arrangement. Sadly I cannot reveal subscription numbers at present but we do have a limit to members set for the future as we do realise a successful site will inevitably lead to a struggle for people getting on. However the bets we put up are totally different to any other tipping site - we bet from a different angle - some of our bets get cut in price but others also drift and there is always the in running option.
