It's 10% on win and place bets (15% on exotics). They typically bet to 117% on the win pool (they takeout 13.5% and then round down), so this concession allows you to bet into a book around 109%. It's amazing how rarely any plausible bets pop up on the tote these days, even with these reduced takeouts - a sign of the times I guess............
