It sure seems like Stan's tour-tips site has had a link to this forum for years, and to quote from the current link there regarding Ultimate Betting Forum: "New forum opened towards the end of 2002 and has the best golf forum by some distance! This forum has a very large number of contributors, including several compilers, and the standard of analysis is very high. Hopefully it will reverse its "closed forum" status soon." . . . Through that link I've checked out this forum dozens of times over the last several years, and I was pretty shocked today when I found an open door and made my way through. If there are ANGLES and INFORMATION on golf wagering, I'm always interested.
