| Hi, there is a new sofware now: oddzbreaker In france this is the new toy for everybody (since today) and if you listen the men, it's the best of the best. Same if i would prefer to talk about this later, i want to ask to any good traders what do you think about this one. It have: -ladders -offsets -compression html technologie (what is it ?, for the speed ?) -repartition of the profit (0% to 100%) - i like that -graph -sound It dont have the stop loss, and i think it's too much important same if i dont really know. And it dont have the trigonometry (hope one day i will understand for what is it and how we use it). it cost 25€/month (its maybe expensive for what it have) and i dont really know if we can use it few days free. I ask, because i am a really (really) noob in trading, i want to learn (full) and for the moment i dont really know what is the better software for to be in positive. There is full of choice now. before i used the "gruss" one, but i find it to much slow for to place a bet. all answers about this software are welcome... http://oddsbreaker.dyndns.org/Default.aspx Cheers...

| Hi, Just about the only French I know, is Merde .. so, I cant make head or tail of the site. Its odd u say Gruss is slow .. over 50% of the traders at Betfair Internet Cafe's use it - so, I think, you are mistaken. I have done extensive tests, and for free, its the best solution a non-professional can hope for. Some other tools you might try : www.sportinglot.com http://www.betlab.it/en/page_7041653...62307782_0.jsp (if your italian is good) Do not use : www.autobet.co.uk www.racingtraders.com There are more tools coming .. never forget, the testing takes forever, and it will probably cost you money, ironing out their bugs. | Hi, thanks for your answer. yes i know STW, but they are expensive (or go to be). So i dont know if it's better them or Betangel (who use ladders). there is a new software and it look like good but becarefull it's only in beta test at this time. It go to look like STW but i think the price will be the same because if i understand well, it go to use the API system (is really better the API system ?). so, there is i think 3 choice: STW Oddstrader Betangel after that, i have my time to choice because i'm not yet a good trader (i just begin now and try to learn at this time in no-live soccer with excel). If somebody can advice me for to choice, thanks (same if i think, i hesite between odstrader and betangel).

| I think a lot depends on your betting needs. STW uses the API, and they have admitted they will never get refresh data rates, below 1/second. After using the SW for a yr, this to me, is a major disapointment. Oddstrader is built by EDC (Event Data Corporation) - which was bought by Global Gaming last yr, for £13million !!! GG are quoted on the AIM market, so, as far as backing goes/future funding, I think Oddstrader should be around for a while. Oddstrader is slowly becoming a decent platform - I hope to meet the CEO next week - after which, I could maybe tell you more about their plans/future direction. |

| Hi, The Gruss Software do not go to be free now... 5£/month I seriously think to change BA to Oddzbreaker now. You have an Uk link here You can have it for 40€/3month = around 13€/month or 95€ for one year = around 10€/month For just a little more expensive i think there is now an better quality. I never try this one, but french people look like happy with this one and said there is full of less problem than BA. Sure, we are all sunday trader but i think this option do not look too much bad. what do you think about this software ? regards

| Stump .. I am sorry, but I just havent time to download and evaluate oddzzbreaker. STW is going subscription from March 1 - or +/- 80 users - 350 pounds a mth. Betangel and others also charge. Betting Assistant at 5 a mth, can hardly be called expensive .. it just depends on your needs/budget/profit horizons. |

But i just talk between the difference quality/price. And i think for (around) the same price, at this time Oddzbreaker look like better. It's go maybe to change in few month because they will work full time for it. I'm just doing at this time an constatation. you can try it for free during 15days. If you dont like, you can use BA again.
