| Would rather watch my club play than any internation match !! Cant remember the last time I was interested in an England match other than having a few drinks with the lads. I am sure Keyser is the exact opposite as he would rather watch Scotland play than his beloved Killie.

| Apart from the actual knockout stages of the world cup and euro champs I tend to agree. I'm going away for nine days or so next weekend, and would have much preferred my break to co-incide with the international games. I got no pleasure at all profiting from Boro's last-minute disaster at Sheff Utd, but enjoyed cleaning up on England's abject failure yesterday. I suppose that makes me a club over country person. |

| Gold Member | Stopped caring about football a while back. Think it was about the time the players threatened to strike over Rio-Gate. At that point the professional game died, club or country. Was doing some family history research the other day: 1924 Electoral Rolls, Bolton. 12 Maxwell Street, Bolton, Harold Mather, painter 14 Maxwell Street, Bolton, Thos. Booth, fitter 16 Maxwell Street, Bolton, William Fielden, professional footballer That says it all. |

| They really did used to get the bus to the ground in those days Rosebud. There are plenty of stories around Liverpool of both teams players spotted on the bus at 2.40 p.m. on a Saturday carrying their boots
