| I truly cannot believe I am currently able to get 2.56 about Holland beating Portugal -0.5 Asian Handicap at Betfair with 1% commision. They are, player for player, a far superior outfit to their, at best, mediocre opponents in my opinion. Price of the tournament so far for me. |

| Portugal all the way for me. I think they're superior in almost every department, and the prices are a joke. Had some 29s outright as they're up against England if they win this |

| Spreads Dept. | 22s just seemed too high for a match with an average intl goals exp: wasnt expecting it to cop, but it was no more than a 18s shot i thought.

| The funniest thing is that Ivanov is the ref that nilled buyers in the Arsenal-Villarreal Champions League Semi. Actually, funnier still is the fact that the MU in this game should probably have been higher. He let some blatant offences go. Ivanov had a good game as far as I'm concerned. He could do no more than book players for their disgraceful antics. He was merely adhering to the FIFA objectives which all the players should know about. The only problem I have is the consistency. Busacca and Ivanov - chalk and cheese. |

| I agree with you, ilunga. If he'd adhered more strongly to the letter of the law there'd have been even more bookings and dismissals. Yet Blatter has come out and publically severely criticised him! What is it about Football Associations that seems to produce a seemingly endless supply of arseholes? |

| Totally agree Ozz. I can't believe he's done that. WHat the fuck does he expect? You take a bunch of well-repected refs, give them these new directives to punish offences that would normally go unpunished, and then publicly slate them when they do just that. FIFA have made a complete balls-up. If I was Ivanov I would tell Blatter to fuck it and try and ref a game like that himself. |

| I sold bookings overall last night and made a 2 figure profit Don't remember any of the 2nd half football, just trying to keep track of the cards and watching the profit on my IG buy spiralling wildly into 4 figures. An insane match. I can't decide whether Ivanov lost the plot or not. I think the 3 early yellow cards had the opposite effect to what he intended.
