evening chaps, just in, doesn't look like we've got much of a contest here or is the pitch one where 170 (not that they look like getting near it!) is a very competitive total?

Not easy to bat on, however 170 wont be enough imo. I would have thought 200 would be around par.

170 would be a challenge, but you have to feel Middlesex dont want to be there given some of their dismissals
