Default Yorky v Warks Escape from Betfair to Betdaq thread

HI

This thread is for discussion of the Pro 40 game between Yorkshire and Warwickshire on Tuesday September 9th, being traded on Betdaq as a protest to Betfairs 20% tax on winners

Hope to see you here

Signing in, I'm by no means a big enough player for this to affect me but I don't like this move from Betfair.

Lets hope Betfair live to regret this

Betfair have banned Rocky from posting after he proposed the switch over to daq. I suspect a lot of other bans are coming soon.......

Afternoon all, i suspect that never has a potentially rain effected pro-40 clash generated such uncontrollable enthusiasm before

that wasn't meant as a ramp on the rain threat by the way

Spoke to Headingley a while back, it stopped raining around lunchtime and they were hopeful they could clear up in around 2 hours. So as long as the rain keeps away we have a chance

I am definitely boycotting the completed match market as well, definitely defeats the object

Good luck, lads. I'll be along later. Warwickshire look a touch of pre-match value.

I'm so pleased to see this boycott happening today. Betfair have taken us for mugs for far too long.
Their service is an utter shambles these days, and they treat their customers like shit, the greedy cunts. This year alone I can think of markets not being settled satisfactorily (Grand National fiasco; F1 on Sunday); in-play markets not monitored (Spanish football) or settled when the event had closed (Cricket) and a generally unresponsive customer service. Service has been getting worse and then they go and introduce the new bet matching logic, Betfair SP debacle, and now this fuckin obscene hike in commission.
I had my posting rights taken away after my outburst on the forum during the Zenit v Rangers UEFA cup final which didn't get turned in play until half time. So as soon as you kick up a fuss, they fuckin censor you!!
So I say, good on everyone for this boycott.
Vive la revolution!!
