Default Carlton Bloodstock Investments

My old man got sent a letter from these people today, offering him in return for a regular monthly income he will assist them in using their money to profit from their privileged position (they claim to have horses in training throughout the UK), THERE IS NO FINANCIAL RISK TO YOU.

It sounds to good to be true (therefore it's highly likely it is too good to be true) Does anyone have any knowledge of them, is it like a commission agent job?

The old man said he was surprised they hadn't asked for his bank details.
