Could someone give me a bit of assistance with this chart...

The ADX part i (think) i am fine with it's the DMI chart that i am finding hard to make any sense out of

Am i right in thinking one line is the DI+ line and the other is the DI- line

If so, which one is which and why are they the same colour. It's easy to presume the top line is the DI+ and the bottom line is the DI- but that doesn't make total sense to me

In the top left hand corner the chart seems to be summarised as 18.6/23.3 - what does this indicate
