View Full Version : Opinions Wanted
Hi Guy's I regularly contribute to other forums but this is my first post on here...
Whilst appearing to do so I have not come here just to pimp. :{oops}:
I am here in the home of the Betting fraternity and would welcome your honest views, good bad or indifferent on our new website, which is very relevant.
This is not a ploy to generate traffic (as we are doing well on our own), I would just appreciate your views in the nicest possible way :D

How much do you charge?
and, some other questions/feedback:
1. Where do you get the top ten prices that you have tipped? (seem to be 1/10th of win odds)
2. How is your product superior to say tour-tips?
3. Do you bet on golf yourself?
4. If the data is so good then why not just use it yourself to bet? Why risk diminishing or losing your edge by selling it to others?
5. How much do you charge?

Welcome 007.... hopefully won't be long before you get the Gold finger in here. Just 3 questions from me.
What would be the expected level of investment required from a subscriber in order to receive the benefits of your service?
Say there were three of us in a room, and one of us said something like "How much do you charge for your service?".... what would your answer be?
Suppose I had £20 knocking around on the mantelpiece. Would that be enough to get your service?
Hi Guys... Many thanks for all your interst and you have brought up an interesting fact already that we don't publicise the price until you have logged on as a user, you see it was worth posting
Will do my best to answer most...
Pricing was a very difficult one to consider and we thought long and hard over it. Many offer monthly subsciptions of £25 to £50 but we only charge by tournament (which I am sure others will now copy). Knowing people will return once they try it, we have projected it at £1 per tournament, whilst this is very cheap, we felt it more important to generate interest and to that end it seems to have worked.
Asking someone to put their hand in their pocket for £25 without knowing what they are going to get is asking a lot, whereas for the sake of £1 we were hoping people would give it a try - like it - and come back. We are looking for a long term relationship, not a short term sting.
People can desposit as little as a pound or as much as £250, we have seen all manner of payments TBH, some have jumped straight in whilst others have taken a more conservative initial route.
Yes I have laid bets for some years (and played off +3 before going Pro - for others that may ask what I know about Golf). Having used the system manually for a few years to great success, my brother then introduced me to the power of the database, thereafter it took on a whole new level of accuracy and scope. We do back on the markets and it is such which has generated the revenue to launch the website, don't forget I see the data before you do  so I have nothing whatsoever to lose by selling it.
I would never dis any competitor or make comparisons, AKA TT; we believe our offering is unique and has filled a massive void in the market place.
is your surname fleming?
No it isn't !
You can find me if you hunt around the site :)
Or did I miss a joke here ? :{oops}:

1. Where do you get the top ten prices that you have tipped? (seem to be 1/10th of win odds)
This didnt seem to be answered.
Where do you do your top 10 betting? Its very rare to get 1/10th of the top outright price available in this market. If its a tip should you not state the actual price and where its available?
I realise Top 10 betting is mainly reserved for the exchanges & yes you are correct, the prices for top10 are calculated at 1/10 of the outright place. i find this roughly the case for most players, though realise you may find greater/less than this in some instances.
At the end of the day it's a tipping not a betting site and prices are there merely to be indicative at time of publication.
I take on board what you have said and will see if we can express it better.
